i usually have a lot on my mind that i want to pen down but they always get lost.

like, sometimes i'm scared the words i mean are not understood by my readers if i put them into words. i'm sure you know that what you feel and what others feel when they read what you write is totally different.

all right, enough babbling, let's start.

the most exciting thing that happened this month? i went on a bangkok trip!!! it was amazing but i wished i didn't have to come home. kidding!!! i was already missing my family on the 3rd day hehe

so first day, what did we do? basically we reach around 8pm Bangkok time and headed straight to the hotel. our flight was uneventful but there was a lot of jokes. i was hoping so much for a window seat but all i got was this:

nice view, eh? i was just a row away from getting a window seat though! plus there were a lot of PRCs so it was quite stressful. just imagine a bunch of people that don't understand english and straight away rushed to queue just as soon as the announcement was made. GOSH. all was well and we reached BKK. went to a Tesco near our apartment after putting our bags. saddest thing ever? there were limited choices of halal food and we have to be cautious of the products. a majority of them contained pork hahahaha. we still managed to find some food, although most of it was junk food. not to forget, lots and lots of drinks?? it was really funny though because we didn't know why we took a lot of bottles..

on to second day, we went to MBK, one of the largest shopping mall there??? no idea but yeah, it's really big! 7 stories high, can you just imagine?? ranging for electronics to clothings to furniture, you can find almost everything you need in there. and yes, we were almost broke by the second day. funniest thing that day was we kept asking each other what we'll be doing for the consecutive days. oh! if you are concern as to whether there's halal food, fret not because there's plenty over there. well, not really but there's this famous muslim restaurant called Yana Restaurant. really good thai, western or malay food can be found there. there's also like a food court but look out for the halal sign and you'll be fine. so, just shopping on the second day. actually it's the same for all other days.

we went to Chatuchak Market on the third day then Asiatique and then massage and Pratunam Market on our last night. BKK is really just shopping unless you actually put aside time to do sightseeing and whatnots. most of the entertainment are out of town and takes at least an hour or so to travel. if you don't mind, then go for it. i would love to have done that but it wasn't my trip to call the shots. i really want to go back there and spend a little more on the entertainment side. hopefully my mum will allow me to go this Sept. i know i'm already 21 but i still need to get her permission.

the ferris wheel at Asiatique. so beautiful!

street foods we had over there

that basically sums up my bangkok trip. a really amazing experience i must say. i met lots of good people, Alhamdulillah.

wishing i can go back there! :'(
