I thought that as you get older, you’ll get better at detaching yourself from people and that you’ll get better at rejection. I didn’t know that the worst form of rejection is when you don’t even get to express your feelings. They say that some things are better left unsaid... I really hope that it’s true. Maybe not now but in the future it will save me a lot more heartache
