I am starting to feel that it’s ok.

It’s ok to have several days where you feel extremely down.

It’s ok to laugh and smile even when nobody is doing it with you.

It’s ok to feel scared because you only have yourself.

It’s ok that sometimes you forget to count your blessings.

It’s ok that you are not optimistic or positive all the time.

It’s ok if your heart feels tired.

You are human.

And even when you know all these, it’s still ok to feel.
